AIMusicVideoGen (aimusicvideogen.com) is operated by GOODDREAMWEAVER INC, a company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). 1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Content you upload: songs, reference photos and descriptions, and the videos generated from them.
Usage and order data: videos you create, settings you choose, credit balance and history, and purchase records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
Technical and marketing data: IP address, browser and device information, and how you found us (for example the referring website or campaign tags in the link), plus analytics about how pages are used.

2. How we use it

To run your account, generate and deliver your videos, process payments and credits, provide support, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, understand which channels bring visitors and improve the Service, and send service emails such as sign-in codes. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own privacy terms:

AI video providers, which receive your uploaded audio, photos and description to generate the video;
Stripe for payments;
Cloudflare for content delivery and file storage, and our server hosting provider;
Resend for email delivery;
Google for sign-in and, if enabled, analytics; Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics if enabled.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Public videos

Videos are private by default. If you turn on sharing, the video can be viewed by anyone with its link and may be shown as an example on our website. Turning sharing off makes it private again.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that keep you signed in and remember where you first came from (kept for up to 90 days), and, where enabled, analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will not work without them.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep your account data, uploads and videos while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at [email protected]; we will respond within 30 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires it, and backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with safeguards required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will post updates to this policy here with a new effective date.
