Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is set by GOODDREAMWEAVER INC, a company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801 ("we", "us"), and applies to all purchases on AIMusicVideoGen (aimusicvideogen.com).

1. How credits work

Music videos are paid for with credits. Before you start a video you see exactly how many credits it will use. Credits are deducted when generation starts.

2. Automatic credit refunds for failed videos

If a video cannot be generated, for example because of a provider error or a task that stops making progress, the credits for that video are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the current period.
  • We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

4. Money refunds

Because every video uses real computing resources from our AI providers, payments are generally non-refundable. We will refund a payment when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • a verified technical problem on our side prevented you from using the credits you paid for, and it could not be resolved; or
  • a refund is required by the law of your country.

Please send refund requests within 7 days of the charge to [email protected], with your Stripe receipt or order ID. Refunds are not available if you changed your mind after using credits, if a subscription renewed because it was not cancelled in time, or if the account was suspended for breaking our Terms of Service.

5. Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We reply within 3 business days and will work with you to fix the issue.
