Terms of Service

Effective date: October 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between GOODDREAMWEAVER INC, a company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801 ("we", "us"), and you, the user of AIMusicVideoGen at aimusicvideogen.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AIMusicVideoGen lets you upload audio, reference images and an optional description to create AI-generated music videos. Videos are produced with third-party AI providers. Features, formats, generation times and availability may change, and we do not guarantee that every generation will complete or match your expectations.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your login secure and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your content and rights

  • Your uploads. You keep all rights you have in the audio, images and text you upload ("Inputs"). You confirm that you own them or have every license and permission needed to use them with the Service.
  • People in photos. Only upload photos of yourself, of AI-generated characters you have the right to use, or of people who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or private individuals without their consent.
  • Your videos. Subject to these Terms and to your rights in the Inputs, you own the videos you create ("Outputs") and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including monetized platforms. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in every country, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.
  • License to us. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs, including sending them to our AI providers, solely to provide the Service.
  • Shared videos. If you turn on sharing for a video, anyone with the link can watch it, and you allow us to display it on the Service, for example as an example on our website. You can stop sharing at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or share content that:

  • infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including songs you do not have the right to use;
  • impersonates a real person, depicts a real person without consent, or is intended to deceive (for example, fake endorsements or deepfakes of public figures);
  • is sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit content of real people, or content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or violent;
  • is used for spam, fraud, or to mislead people about its AI origin where disclosure is required.

You also may not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Credits, payments and subscriptions

Videos are paid for with credits. The number of credits for each video is shown before you start, depends on the length and quality, and is deducted when generation starts. If a video cannot be generated, the credits are returned to your account automatically.

Credit packs and subscriptions are sold and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with its effective date, and continued use means you accept it. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
